Description

Pizza stone comes in various sizes, made of clay in white.

Design:

It is made of hard-wearing heat-resistant fire clay. Therefore it allows a more evenly distributed heat during cooking. Then as it is slightly porous, cooking juices are absorbed, giving a superb crispy result.

The shape is round and flat.

Use:

Furthermore, when using the stone it is best to heat the stone slowly. Thereby avoiding the potential occurrence of thermal shock. In fact this ensures a more rapid cooking time, as the clay gets used to the heat of the fire.

Simply place the pizza on the stone, then put the stone into the oven and take out when cooked. For example you may wish to put some cornflour or flour on the stone to avoid sticking.
