Use:
Firstly, the blade is suited and designed to cut skin of chestnut shell smoothly and without too much effort, unlike other knives.
Secondly, grip the knife firmly in your hand and press firmly on the skin of the chestnut and pull the knife carefully along the skin to make an incision.
Chestnuts are best eaten roasted, however it is necessary to cut into the skin for them to cook properly, this knife does the job perfectly.

Maintenance:
Clean the knife after using it so as to keep it integrity. Can be washed in any manner, either with just water or with detergents, make sure it is dried after cleaning, to prevent water damage.
The product should be kept dry as it will start to rust if left continuously wet. So we strongly suggest not keeping it outside.
